You must contact CC Home Interiors and let us know within 2 DAYS OF DELIVERY if an item is damaged, fautly or missing from your order. Failure to do so may result in extra time for CC Home Interiors and its courier service to investigate the claim. A claim can be made by phone (01253 283 931) or email [email protected] Our quality team do check your furniture to make sure it is up to CC Home Interiors high standards before we dispatch it to you and thus, damage is rare. However, if an item is delivered to you in a damaged condition we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue. Please send us photos of the damage or any other issues to help us in our resolution process. Our team will assess your complaint and inform you as to how to return the item(s) to us, arrange collection of item(s) and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair or order you a replacement.
You have 14 DAYS from date of delivery to contact us if you wish to return some or all of your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a collection service for returning an unused item. Arrangement would need to be made by yourself to return the item(s) to us.
Please be aware that unwanted items must not have been used and must be returned back to CC Home Interiors in pristine condition so that they can be resold. This means that you would be unable to return an item that you have assembled.
Refunds are issued within 30 DAYS of reciept of goods and ONLY after CC Home Interiors has inspected the items for signs of damage.
If any of our items return looking like they have been used or damaged, the item will only sell at a reduced value, in which case you will be charged for that loss.
We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged. We encourage you to return your item(s) in its original packaging. Please ensure the item is very well wrapped with sturdy and impact-absorbing materials.
RETURNING SALE ITEMS:
For sale items purchased online these can be fully refunded by post or in-store by notifying us within 14days of receiving the goods.
For sale items purchased in-store, you can return them within 14days of purchase, with a valid receipt for an exchange or store credit note.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a collection service for returning sale item(s). Arrangement would need to be made by yourself to return the item(s) to us.
