Returns Policy

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY AND CONTACT US WITH ANY QUERIES

Should you wish to return items, please contact us with a RETURNS REQUEST prior to sending your item(s) back to us.

RETURN TIMES:

You have 14 DAYS from date of delivery to contact us if you wish to return any unwanted items. You will need to email [email protected] with a RETURNS REQUEST – please include details of the items you wish to return.

Please see the RETURN CONDITION section of this policy below to understand the condition in which we will accept returns of unwanted items.

You must contact CC Home Interiors within 2 DAYS OF DELIVERY if an item is damaged, faulty or missing from your order. Failure to do so may result in extra time for CC Home Interiors and its courier service to investigate the claim. A claim can be made by phone (01253 283 931) or by email - [email protected]

RETURNING DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS:

Our quality team do check your item(s) to ensure it is up to CC Home Interiors’ high standards before we dispatch it to you and thus, damage is rare. However, if an item is delivered to you in a damaged condition we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue. Please send us photos of the damage or any other issues to help us in our resolution process. Our team will assess your complaint and inform you as to how to return the item(s) to us and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair or order you a replacement.

RETURNING SALE ITEMS:

For sale items purchased online these can be fully refunded by post or in-store by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We do not offer refunds for sale items but will issue you with credit to be used instore or on www.cchomeinteriors.com

For sale items purchased in-store, you can return them within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt for an exchange or store credit note. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a collection service for returning sale item(s). Arrangement would need to be made by yourself to return the item(s) to us.

RETURNING UNWANTED ITEMS:

We are aware that, at times, some items ordered may be unwanted. We are happy for you to return most items within 14 days of delivery. Please email [email protected] with details of return prior to sending the items back to us.

Items must be returned in the condition stated below in the RETURN CONDITION section of this policy.

Unfortunately, bespoke made to order items cannot be returned or refunded if unwanted. Please see the BESPOKE MADE TO ORDER section of this policy for more information.

Please be aware that any items which have been assembled by yourself cannot be returned if unwanted.

COLLECTION OF ITEMS FOR RETURN:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a collection service for returning an unwanted item(s). Arrangement would need to be made by yourself to return the item(s) to us at your expense.

We recommend you get proof of postage when returning your item(s). Proof of postage should be sufficient evidence to prove you returned the goods.

BESPOKE MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:

Bespoke made to order items include all types of cushions, bed runners, bolsters, bedding, throws, pet beds, curtains and blinds.

As these items are tailor-made and personalised especially for you, we regret that they cannot be returned for refund, store credit or exchange.

RETURN CONDITION:

Items must not have been used and must be returned back to CC Home Interiors in in pristine condition with the original tags still on them. Preferably, you will return items in the same packaging in which they were delivered to you however if this is not the case, it is your responsibility to ensure that the returned items are packaged well enough that they won't be damaged on the way back to us.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. In this case we will not refund you.

If any of our items are returned looking like they have been used or damaged, the item will only re-sell at a reduced value, in which case you will be charged for the resulting losses.

We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged. We encourage you to return your item(s) in its original packaging. Please ensure the item is very well wrapped with sturdy and impact-absorbing materials.

REFUNDS

If approved, refunds are issued within 30 DAYS of receipt of goods and ONLY after CC Home Interiors has inspected the items for signs of damage.

How do I make a request to return an item?

Do you refund delivery costs if I return something?

Unfortunately, your delivery charge for unwanted items will not be refunded as standard.

Refunds of delivery charges for faulty or damaged goods will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

What if the fabric of my bespoke made to order item is not as expected?

As we provide free fabric samples on request of all fabrics, we will not accept return of items if the fabric ordered is not as expected.

What should I do if my refund is incorrect?

We're really sorry if we've made a mistake with your refund!

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

Yes, if your return is accepted, we are happy to offer you an exchange of items (for the same value) or store credit. Please include this information on your returns request email [email protected]
